Search Engine Marketing Manager

 

JOB SUMMARY: 

The primary responsibility of the Search Engine Marketing Manager is to
drive Pay Per Click Traffic and Natural Organic traffic to Innovation
Ads proper and its internal network of sites. This in turn will develop
the most qualified leads for sales to close. The role includes extensive
understanding of Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Services interfaces.
Keyword / Creative development as well as CPL (Cost Per Lead) analysis
and optimization must be performed in order to capitalize on a lowest
cost per lead / acquisition.

 

This is a strategic and analytical role that allows you to leverage the
most volume out of paid and natural search in order for our sales teams
to capitalize on incoming leads.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

*	Extensive understanding and implementation of PPC engines:
Google and Yahoo Search Services (formerly known as: Overture).
*	Drive consistent quality traffic to Innovation Ads proper and
internal network websites through SEO techniques and PPC engines. i.e.
Google Adwords, Yahoo Overture, etc.
*	Strategize, plan and execute optimization techniques to
capitalize on receiving the highest quality customer acquisitions.
*	Improve and suggest site requirement specification for improved
quality leads.
*	Maintain daily reports on pay per click performance (Cost Per
Lead based).
*	Explore 2nd and 3rd tier engines for keyword buys.
*	Work closely with Director of Website Development to best
optimize search campaigns.
*	Develop and implement promotions.
*	Build internal site brands.
